rules pertain exclusively to rental units and you should familiarize yourself
with them. Please take note of our office hours and plan your travel accordingly.
The guard will be on duty to issue keys to persons arriving after office hours.
Spring: 8:00AM to 6:00 PM, Fall/Winter 8:00AM to 5:00 PM.Check in time is 3:00
PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. A late check out fee will be deducted from your
security deposit should you be later than 10:00 AM at check out. Occasional check-in
delays may occur during busy times. Our staff will assist during these times to
make you as comfortable as possible. The security deposit will not be applied
toward the rent. The security deposit will be refunded by a check mailed to the
forwarding address. Payments are due at Check-in time in the form of personal
check or accepted major credit cards. No refunds will be made for early departures.
Cancellation is subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellation must be made
within 72 hours of booking reservation. If cancellation is received after that
deadline, $300 deposit will be forfeited. Two bedroom units allow 6 persons
and three bedroom units allow 8 persons occupancy. Persons allowing more than
the number stated will cause all persons to be evicted without reimbursement of
funds. (Please specify the number of people in your party at time of reservation.
Not all units are equipped with a sofa sleeper). We will not rent to vacationing
students under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parent or adult guardian during
the entire stay. Violators will be evicted without refund of rent or security
deposit. Pets are prohibited. Violators will be evicted without reimbursement
of funds. Only two vehicles are allowed per unit. No boats, trailers, wave
runners or motor homes are allowed. Parking spaces underneath the tennis court
and the parking deck are reserved. These spaces are individually owned and parking
in one of these spaces is prohibited. Units are individually owned and
furnished and not all equipped with VCRs, extra TV remotes, etc. The descriptions
on the website are current at the time they were posted, but subsequent owner
renovations may have resulted in changes. Although every effort has been made
for accuracy, SeaChase is not responsible for errors in the website, for property
changes made by the owners, or for any conditions beyond our control upon your
arrival. No damage to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear
or the security deposit will not be returned in full. Rates subject to
change without notice. Management not responsible for items left after departure.
Renter pays cleaning fee. If unit cleaning is not satisfactory upon arrival, the
office must be notified within one hour of check-in. If excessive cleaning is
required upon departure, $50 will be deducted from the security deposit. Renter
understands that owner maintains certain amenities on the property. Renter agrees
that any use of the amenities by the employees, guests, licenses and other persons,
shall be at the renters and users risk. Renter agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless owner, its agents and employees from any liability and
from any responsibility for adequate supervision of the users in connection
with the use of the amenities. I have read these policies carefully and agree
to them during my stay in the above stated unit. By giving your credit
card number on the following screen, you agree to the above stated policies. You
also agree that you are the legal cardholder authorized to use this number.
