   SeaChase 503 East offers a fully equipped kitchen including ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware. The condo has ceiling fans, 5-disc CD changer, answering machine, washer and dryer, beachfront (with balcony) view of the Gulf of Mexico. First set of paper products are furnished.

1. $300.00 reservation deposit is required. Converts to security deposit upon check in. Refund after departure by mail. Cancellations and/or changes must be made 30 days prior to check-in or deposit will not be refunded. (90 days or monthly) $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
2. Personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders accepted. Cash will not be accepted. Renter will be held responsible for attorney fees associated with collections.
3. MasterCard and Visa accepted (except for monthly rentals).
4. Rates subject to current lodging tax.
5. Minimum stay: three nights.
6. Maximum number of guest: six in two-bedroom units; eight in three-bedroom units.
7. We will not rent to vacationing students under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during the entire stay. Violators will be evicted without refund of rent or security deposit.
8. Check in: 3 p.m. Check out: 10 a.m. No guarantee on 3 p.m. check in.
9. Pets are not allowed in rental units.
10. Linen and bath towels provided.
11. Renters will pay for clean up.
12. Two vehicles per unit only.
13. No boats, wave runners or RV's allowed.
14. Rates subject to change without notice.
15. No refunds for early departure.
16. Four Fun Days requires Check-In on Sunday, Check-Out on Thursday.
17. Monthly rentals must pay by check and require $80 cleanup fee ($135 two month cleanup)
