Our unit has central heat/air and there are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV with cable, DVD/VCR, and an alarm clock/radio; the king and double bedroom each have a telephone. In the living room, there is a TV, VCR/DVD player and a stereo that features AM/FM radio, cassette and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, a full-size refrigerator, plus all the pots, pans, bowls and dishes you could need. Besides the washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, our laundry room holds a broom, mop, vacuum, and extra light bulbs. We also have board games, cards and books for our guests to enjoy when they aren't in the sand!
